Services

The Association offers various services to its members in the shape of:

• Providing a common platform for representation of various issues to the various Government Ministries.
• Interaction with the Assemblers on common problems Publications of quarterly newsletters and annual Directory.
• Management of the www.paapam.com.pk domain
• Management of Technical seminars
• Management of International Exhibitions for Exports
• Management of Local Auto-Parts Shows PAPS

The Association is now aligning itself to cater for the new issues confronting the industry including heavy imports of auto parts which has given rise to a new threat/competition to our parts makers.

The Association has responded by creating an IMPORT MONITORING CELL which is currently updating its data base on imports and will then interface itself with the Central Board of Revenue for effecting import monitoring.

• In Pakistan PAAPAM is in active communication with numerous Government support organizations including:
• Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA),
  National Productivity Organization (NPO)

On the International front PAAPAM has interacted with many trade bodies including SMMT UK, ECMA India, AAAA- Australia amongst others.
